Premium Package
- Video call to finetune the requirements with our client
- Pre-Selection of real estate properties based on your requirements
- Arrange an apartment viewing tour after client’s approval (via video call or in person)

- Assistance with apartment handover – we accompany you as a protocol assistant during the handover and provide organizational support for documenting the property’s condition

Your lease contracts are checked by our lawyers and we translate the most important clauses for you to make sure that you have a safe start in Austria.
Apartment Handover
You can book your apartment search incl. handover with us, or you have already found a suitable accommodation yourself and we accompany you to your apartment handover.
We assist with documenting the condition of the apartment (photo records). The protocol can be very helpful in a later departure or move and can save many inconveniences and costs.
